Drive business process improvements and data-driven decision-making by analyzing organizational needs gathering requirements and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders in Riyadh.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver 5 requirement documents per quarter
- Reduce process inefficiencies by 15% annually
- Achieve 90% stakeholder satisfaction on projects
- Complete projects within budget and timeline
- Enable data-driven decisions with weekly reports
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Tableau / Power BI
- JIRA / Confluence
- Process modeling (BPMN UML)
- Data analysis tools
