Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct site inspections hazard identification and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory requirements.
Deliver safety inductions toolbox talks and awareness training programs.
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation reports and safety records.
Foster a proactive safety culture and encourage safe work practices across all project activities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electrical and construction safety practices.
- Experience in power electrical or industrial projects.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health safety and environmental compliance.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
