The Role of Digital Marketing Manager
Accor is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic online initiatives and manage marketing campaigns. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing efforts, from conception to execution and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Handling strategic online initiatives.
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to maintain effectiveness.
Negotiating advertising contracts.
Collaborating with other department heads and teams to discuss plans and marketing strategies.
Working with the finance team to set and adhere to budgets.
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing field.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
Two or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
Proficiency in using social media as a marketing tool.
Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, and email marketing.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
