Lead and manage the College of IT and its academic programs.
Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
Oversee faculty recruitment performance and professional development.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.
Promote research innovation and collaboration with the technology industry.
Enhance student experience academic quality and graduate employability.
Manage the Colleges budget and academic resources.
Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
