Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or related field
• 2 years experience in business analysis or related role
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools

• Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
• Process mapping (BPMN)
• Requirements tools (Jira Confluence)
• Stakeholder management and clear communication
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
