About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of building and systems maintenance and repairs. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves ensuring the functionality and safety of hotel facilities to support guest experiences. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance team and ensuring that all physical building systems, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems are maintained in compliance with regulations. This role involves assigning tasks, overseeing contractor work, and responding to service requests to maintain the hotel's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the maintenance team, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality work.
- Support the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation in the property management system.
- Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
- Ensure prompt and efficient addressing of maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
- Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to keep hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in a related maintenance or supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise a team and ensure adherence to maintenance standards.
- Understanding of facility safety and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting work within property management systems.
