About the Role
Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industries (AQPCI) is seeking a Legal Affairs professional to join their team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the Legal Department in various corporate and labor legal matters, providing essential legal assistance, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. The position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their legal career within an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and support corporate and labor legal matters within the company.
- Provide legal assistance and support to various internal departments as required.
- Review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Support the Company in legal proceedings and court-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in providing informed legal advice.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant legal experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support legal departments in corporate and labor matters.
- Proficiency in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
