About the F&B Service Expert Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will take initiative to offer a comprehensive range of services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Clean work and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Duties

• Create and maintain a safe workspace.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality service standards.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Review the menu to verify information and offerings.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reach high places and bend down as required.
• Execute movements involving bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.
• Perform these and other reasonable tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.

This is a full-time position within the F&B service department.
