About United Motors Company
United Motors Company is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Delivery Coordinator, also referred to as a vehicle reception coordinator, reports to the Service Supervisor. This role is essential in supporting service advisors by managing vehicle check-in inspections and movements, allowing advisors to focus on customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and document vehicle condition upon drop-off, noting scratches, dents, mileage, and fuel levels.
- Take required photos and complete the vehicle check-in form accurately.
- Safely move vehicles between the reception area, workshop, wash bay, and parking.
- Organize parking spaces and maintain secure key control.
- Place protective covers on vehicles and assist with preparation for vehicle delivery.
- Report any damage or incidents immediately upon discovery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
- Demonstrated good attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with service teams.
- Basic computer or tablet skills are beneficial for this role.
Experience
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
