Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Theming Technical Coordinator to join our exciting theme park project in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between creative design and technical implementation ensuring that our attractions come to life with stunning theming and flawless .
- Collaborate with creative teams and technical staff to develop and implement theming concepts for attractions and areas within the theme park
- Coordinate the technical aspects of theming projects including materials selection construction methods and installation procedures
- Create and review technical drawings 3D models and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery of theming elements
- Liaise with vendors contractors and internal teams to coordinate the fabrication and installation of themed elements
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to theming and propose innovative solutions
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in theme park design and theming
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or a related field
- 8 years of experience in theme park design attraction development or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of theming and design principles for immersive environments
- Excellent technical drawing and blueprint reading skills
- Proven project management experience including budget management
- Knowledge of theme park operations and attraction design processes
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced creative environment
- Experience with international projects is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
