About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting departmental initiatives and office management within the Hotels team. The Marketing Coordinator contributes to delivering guest experiences by supporting various marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and managing internal projects to ensure timely execution.
- Assist with sales documentation, including preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
- Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations.
- Support special projects by assisting with the coordination of departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
