About the Role
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, * is seeking a Personal Host to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences that extend beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.
Role Purpose and Impact
As a Personal Host, you will serve as a Guest Experience Expert, guiding guests throughout their entire stay. The role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences by proactively addressing guest needs and operational requirements. You will be empowered to manage various services, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
- Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
- Ensure all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.
- Uphold the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton in daily operations.

- Maintain a safe work environment for all.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.

- Present a professional appearance and communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Personal Host will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
