About the Role
Edition is seeking a Server to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience beyond basic food service. The Server will be responsible for a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their meal.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting tables according to established standards.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
- Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring a safe workplace. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is essential. Servers will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over various surfaces. The position involves reading and visually verifying information, as well as physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also part of the role's physical demands.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar guest service role.
- Ability to take initiative in delivering guest services.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.
