Job Description
To protect guests, employees, resort property, and facilities. The Security Officer will monitor the resort, control access, respond to incidents, and support a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, beaches, pools, parking areas, and public spaces.
- Check visitor, employee, contractor, and vehicle access.
- Operate CCTV and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and lost-property cases.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
- Support crowd control during events and busy periods.
- Assist with fire, evacuation, first aid, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain professional and helpful communication with guests.
- Coordinate with police, civil defense, medical teams, and other authorities when required.
- Follow resort security policies and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Saudi national.
- High school diploma or relevant security qualification.
- Previous security, military, police, airport, hotel, or facility experience.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- First aid, fire safety, CCTV, or security training is an advantage.
- English language skills are an advantage.
