Loss Prevention Supervisor Saudi national

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor who is a Saudi national. This full-time role involves overseeing security operations, ensuring property safety, and responding to various incidents to maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) and alarm systems.
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, responding to accidents, contacting EMS, or administering first aid/CPR as required.
• Gather information, complete reports, and maintain confidentiality of documents, releasing information only to authorized individuals.
• Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures and resolve safety hazard situations.
• Handle all interruptions and complaints, and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and call for assistance using proper code responses.
• Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical capabilities including reading and visually verifying information, inspecting tools and equipment, entering and locating work-related information using computers, moving at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, running, walking, jogging), and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. Tasks include grasping, turning, and manipulating objects, moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements for this position.

Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
