Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Management Officer role based in Jeddah, with immediate joining preferred. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring branding and digital projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. The Project Management Officer will manage project schedules, track progress, prepare status reports, and proactively address risks and issues.
Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, aligning project requirements, facilitating communication, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. The role also includes supporting program-level initiatives, maintaining documentation and dashboards, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, execution, and oversight of multiple concurrent projects. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, manage costs, and support evidence-based decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and prepare clear project documentation. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field are preferred. Experience in a branding, marketing, or creative agency environment, along with familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project), is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is essential. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
