About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Butler Service Desk - Saudi National to join their team. This full-time position focuses on providing a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The role involves delivering a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring operational needs are met and guest requests are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
• Ensure a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to delivering bespoke and anticipatory service.
