Job description
Manage and monitor the company's insurance documents, ensuring their validity and timely renewal. This includes tracking various types of insurance, such as:
- Medical insurance for employees.
- Property and equipment insurance.
- Vehicle insurance.
- Civil liability insurance.
- Insurance for business operations and activities.
- Any other insurance coverage based on the company's activities.
Review insurance coverage documents and conditions to ensure they meet the company's requirements. Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers to obtain competitive quotes and appropriate coverage. Compare insurance proposals based on coverage, exclusions, limits, and pricing.
Monitor insurance requirements and coordinate with insurance companies until the claim is closed. Prepare and maintain a record of the company's insurance claims and update it regularly.
Identify potential risks that could affect operations, assets, or employees. Assess the likelihood and impact of risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
Coordinate with various departments to identify operational, financial, and administrative risks. Prepare periodic reports on insurance documents, requirements, and ongoing claims.
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and related regulations. Organize and maintain all insurance documents, contracts, claims, and records.
Support management in developing contingency plans for operations and managing risks when necessary.
Execute any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Previous experience in insurance or risk management, preferably in industrial companies.
Good knowledge of various insurance documents, coverages, and exclusions.
Experience in dealing with insurance companies and brokers and monitoring claims.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proficiency in English is considered an important asset.
Ability to manage and monitor insurance claims effectively.
Accuracy and speed in preparing risk reports.
Ability to identify and address potential risks.
Compliance with insurance management requirements and policies.
