Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose cases and develop individual treatment plans in accordance with approved physical therapy protocols.
• Implement functional and physical rehabilitation programs for patients, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Assess movement and balance limitations and provide guidance to patients and their families regarding home exercises and health education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and safe patient care.
• Document all sessions and medical reports accurately according to the association's standards and local health legislation.
• Contribute to the development and updating of department procedures and policies to keep pace with the latest clinical practices.
• Participate in health awareness programs and community activities approved by the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Valid practice license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (if applicable) or the ability to expedite its acquisition.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred, with a readiness for training and continuous professional development.
• Good understanding of concepts related to movement assessment, pain, and daily patient function.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure of work schedules.
• Fluent in Arabic; knowledge of English (reading and writing) in the medical field is an asset.
