Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance teams and monitor work progress on site.

• Distribute tasks among workers and technicians according to the work plan.

• Monitor tree cutting and evaluation tasks.

• Supervise irrigation work and ensure the efficiency of irrigation networks and drainage systems.

• Monitor fertilization tasks and combat plant diseases and pests.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of sites and maintain the overall appearance of the gardens.

• Conduct regular inspection rounds on sites and submit reports to management.

• Monitor site requirements for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule and established work plan.

• Monitor work quality and address observations and complaints on site.

• Coordinate with maintenance management, supervisors, and workers as needed.

• Monitor attendance and performance of workers and address related observations.

Ensure proper and safe use of tools and equipment.

Skills

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping.

• Experience in supervising work teams and managing labor.

• Good knowledge of plants and agricultural maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and understand maintenance schedules and plans.

• Ability to interact with clients and address observations.

• Strong organizational skills for monitoring and problem-solving.

• Ability to work in the field and handle work pressure.

• Previous experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
