Overview

Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of occupational safety and implementing local and international standards to ensure the protection of human resources and operational assets.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct periodic inspection rounds within work sites to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on potential risks and propose preventive solutions to mitigate them.
• Participate in investigating workplace accidents or injuries and provide recommendations to prevent their recurrence.
• Monitor the updating of safety records and ensure the availability and integrity of personal protective equipment.
• Educate and train employees on emergency and evacuation procedures and how to deal with risks.
• Ensure full compliance with the regulations and policies of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, as well as municipal and civil defense requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Practical experience ranging from fresh graduates to 3 years in the field of safety and environment.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office applications.
