Head of Cybersecurity / CISO

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Cybersecurity to lead our cybersecurity initiatives in Saudi Arabia, aligning with regulatory requirements and providing technical excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Define and implement the cybersecurity vision and strategy.
• Security Architecture & Implementation: Design security architectures for various environments.
• Cloud Security Expertise: Implement security controls across public cloud platforms.
• Technical Presales & Client Engagement: Act as a technical lead in client interactions.
• Operational Oversight & Compliance: Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Business & Practice Development: Drive cybersecurity practice growth and build client relationships.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud security architecture.
• Strong understanding of security tools (SIEM, EDR/XDR, etc.).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH.
• Cloud certifications: Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
