Responsible for leading maintenance activities for plastic manufacturing machinery and plant utilities. Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and ensure maximum machine availability. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Troubleshoot injection moulding/extrusion machines, PLC, VFD, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, chillers, pumps, and electrical systems. Ensure minimum downtime and timely breakdown resolution. Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and safety standards. Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum 2 yes experience in the industrial sector
