Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Senior Team Leader to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of skilled technicians, and ensure maximum equipment uptime. In this role, you will bridge the gap between upper management and the floor team, driving safety compliance, efficient workflow scheduling, and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule daily tasks for maintenance technicians across shifts, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Operations & Reliability: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance. Troubleshooting: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for complex mechanical, electrical, or structural equipment failures. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (e.g. LOTO, PPE, OSHA standards) and conduct regular safety audits. Inventory & Systems: Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and track maintenance KPIs (like MTBF and MTTR). Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with production or facility teams to plan routine maintenance windows and report on equipment health to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in industrial field.
