We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking IT, lending platforms, and enterprise project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and digital transformation projects across the banking and financial services sector. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of banking technology initiatives from project initiation through Go-Live and post-production support.

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and core lending platforms.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance reports.
4. Manage project execution throughout the SDLC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
5. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure project success.
6. Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and steering committee meetings.
7. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
8. Oversee business analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.

13. Production deployment and Go-Live activities
14. Lead migration projects involving lending platforms and ensure minimal business disruption.
15. Manage QA governance, release planning, defect management, and change control processes.
16. Ensure compliance with banking standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
17. Coordinate Go-Live readiness activities, including production cutover planning, rollback strategy, and hypercare support.
18. Monitor project progress through KPIs and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
19. Foster collaboration between business, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to achieve successful project delivery.
    

1. 8+ years of experience managing IT projects within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
2. Proven experience delivering Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), or Core Banking projects.
3. Strong experience managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
4. Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
5. Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
6. Experience managing banking application implementation, migration, and digital transformation projects.
