Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, greeting them, and guiding them to tables.
- Taking orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
- Serving beverages and items, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area and tables.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating necessary matters to the supervisor.
- Adhering to approved hygiene and food safety standards.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Neat appearance, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Arabic (native language) and basic English skills for interacting with guests.
- Ability to work shifts and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to relocate, work, and reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Preferred age range: 22 to 38 years.
- A formal employment contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with recruitment and work visa covered by the employer.
- Fully provided accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance at the company's expense.
- Flight tickets and procedural costs covered by the employer.
