About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Attendance System Implementation – Implement and standardize attendance procedures, scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and other attendance regulations for DS personnel at all sites.
• Attendance Compliance Management – Monitor DS personnel's compliance with attendance regulations, identify gaps, and collaborate with site managers and HR to drive the implementation of corrective measures.
• Employee Training – Develop and conduct training for DS personnel, covering attendance procedures, operating standards, system usage, relevant policies, and necessary workflows.
• Performance and Improvement – Maintain attendance data dashboards, analyze common problems, and implement improvement plans to enhance current performance and operational efficiency.
