Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in structural supervision especially mining/beneficiation for Phosphoric acid plant/ phosphate / fertilizer / petrochemical projects

• Familiar with large steel structures crane operations QA/QC procedures.

• Strong leadership HSE awareness and blueprint reading skills.

Role Summary:
Supervise structural installation and erection activities in beneficiation and assigned areas within the phosphoric acid plant. Manage crews subcontractors and ensure timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise steel erection grouting alignment and welding.

• Coordinate structural quality checks NDT and inspection schedule.

• Ensure safe execution per HSE and engineering drawings.

• Progress reporting to Construction Management lead.
