Job description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our Managed Security Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of security engineers responsible for the delivery, management, and optimization of security devices across our clients' environments. You will serve as the technical authority, ensuring service excellence and operational continuity.
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers in day-to-day managed security operations
- Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and management of security devices and network security infrastructure
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents and service issues
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery for clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities
- Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders
