Job description

We are seeking a qualified professional with a strong background in enterprise risk management (ERM) and business continuity management (BCM). The ideal candidate will have practical experience in conducting business impact analysis (BIA) and understanding the critical operations and services, dependencies, and impacts resulting from disruptions. Responsibilities include defining recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO), preparing and reviewing business continuity plans (BCP), and disaster recovery plans (DRP).

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate expertise in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and monitoring risks, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficiency in managing crises and emergency response is essential, along with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for business continuity.

Strong analytical skills, experience in preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management and business continuity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI) are required.
