About the Role
TSMG Holding is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for AI/ML with Arabic language skills to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting an AI language project designed to enhance speech recognition systems. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of language annotation tasks.
Role Overview
As a QC contributor, you will review completed language annotation tasks, specifically focusing on AI-generated transcripts. Your primary objective will be to ensure these transcripts are accurately converted into natural, readable display text, adhering to established project guidelines. This involves identifying and correcting issues related to formatting, punctuation, capitalization, and text normalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
- Compare the Display Transcription against the original lexical transcript and project guidelines.
- Verify the correct use of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization rules.
- Ensure that the original words and meaning have been preserved in the display text.
- Identify and correct formatting or guideline-related errors.
- Utilize reference audio when necessary to verify ambiguous cases.
- Apply project-specific quality standards consistently.
- Provide accurate feedback and flag recurring issues as required.
- Complete assigned QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity targets.
