Sales Representative Role

Bonn Medical Industries is seeking a Sales Representative to join its field sales team in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, field-based, and target-driven position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates and early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to customers and points of sale within the assigned territory.
• Identify and approach potential customers and new sales opportunities.
• Present Bonn products, benefits, and commercial value professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Convert prospects into active customers and follow up consistently on leads.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and coverage targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and sales objections professionally.
• Identify opportunities for repeat sales and account growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market presence.
• Collect customer feedback and relevant market insights.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field activations when required.
• Plan and organize daily field visits and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.
• Submit regular sales and activity reports and track performance against assigned targets.
• Utilize company CRM or reporting tools as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience, suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
