About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor contributes to the guest experience by maintaining the hotel's appearance and coordinating team efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and overseeing members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Report and follow up promptly on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure excellent service delivery, including handling VIP and special guest requests.

Qualifications and Experience
