About the Role
Procter & Gamble Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and immigration policies. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital portal operations for processing visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies, providing advice to company management on potential operational impacts.
- Act as a liaison for the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with government ministries, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
- Provide support to employees for onboarding, exit clearances, and various governmental documentation requirements.
- Conduct intentional assessments and analytics to identify areas for improvement within HR data and processes.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
- Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Labor Law and immigration regulations.
- Proficiency in using official government systems such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.

This position is based at the Procter & Gamble office in Jeddah, Jameel Square Office.
