Software Engineer Open Source Contributions

Seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to open-source development projects supporting AI training. Youll work on real-world codebases involving feature development debugging refactoring and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement features in existing open-source projects.
- Fix complex bugs and improve code reliability.
- Refactor legacy code for better performance scalability and readability.
- Apply algorithms and efficient problem-solving techniques.
- Review and validate code against project standards.
- Collaborate with remote contributors and document technical solutions.
- Provide clear technical explanations of implementations.

Compensation
