About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking a Pediatrics Senior Registrar to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care. Role Purpose

The Senior Registrar is responsible for delivering evidence-based medical care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting clinical excellence. This involves active collaboration with healthcare teams, continuous professional development, and participation in training and educational activities to uphold high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical services to patients.
• Diagnose and treat patients effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.

Clinical Governance and Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Support coordinated care and effective communication among healthcare professionals.

Patient Experience and Professional Development

• Provide patient-centered care and maintain professional communication with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
• Promote patient satisfaction through timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development.

• Support the supervision and development of junior physicians and medical trainees.
