We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in interior finishing, FF&E, and construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and samples.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of finishing works.
Review FF&E layouts, specifications, and installation.
Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines.
Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of interior finishes and FF&E.
Experience in shop drawing review and site supervision.
Healthcare / medical project experience preferred.
AutoCAD proficiency; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
