This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves working on a newly awarded large-scale masterplan development project. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
- Review contract documents to ensure compliance with established cost parameters.
- Measure completed work and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for changes or additional works.
- Assist in the management of claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project cost performance and report any deviations from budget.
- Evaluate contractor invoices and provide support for contract administration tasks.
Required Experience
- Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
Work Type
This is a full-time position.
