About the Role
Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles for Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA. The role focuses on leading the Trucks & Buses sales business across the Kingdom.
Role Purpose and Context
The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin for the Trucks & Buses division. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a regional sales structure, contribute to setting sales direction, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure overall commercial performance across the business in key cities including Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
Manage and coach regional sales managers in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to deliver strong commercial results.
Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to maintain performance.
Maximize stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insights into market performance and sales trends.
Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales management role.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across Riyadh and Jeddah. The role involves leading a regional sales team and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
