Key Responsibilities

1. Supervises the management of all activities related to the digital platforms and campaigns of awareness campaigns.
2. Provides recommendations regarding areas of development and improvement within the department.
3. Supervises the management of activities and monitoring of various social media channels for awareness campaigns.
4. Contributes to the development and implementation of social media and digital media campaigns for awareness campaigns.
5. Contributes to reviewing the content developed by the Digital Content Production Department for awareness communication and managing content publishing activities through the social media channels of awareness campaigns.
6. Monitors and verifies the compliance of various activities for publishing information and content of the National Energy Consumption Rationalization Campaign in media/social media with guidelines and policies.
7. Supervises engagement with the public on social media platforms and responds to their inquiries.
8. Monitors the reservation of spaces for digital advertisements.
9. Monitors the evaluation of the effectiveness of various communication/social media channels and websites that are used.
10. Supervises the media plans for the Energy System and provides views and advice, when needed.
11. Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements and proposals for improving its performance.
12. Complies with the entity’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.
13. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Media or any related field.
