Job description
We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Site Civil Engineer (2–4 years KSA experience) to join our growing contracting establishment in Riyadh.
The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, supervising labor teams, and actively coordinating with main contractors' engineers to secure and execute site work items/subcontract packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and drive daily site progress, managing labor and sub-teams directly to ensure execution speed, high quality, and safety.
- Build strong technical and professional relations on-site with main contractors' engineers to negotiate, acquire, and execute new work items/subcontract packages.
- Handle site logistics, material receiving, and daily progress reporting.
- Drive company vehicle to move between project sites and manage operational needs across Riyadh.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid hands-on site engineering experience in Saudi Arabia (contracting sector).
Driving License: Valid KSA Driving License is Mandatory.
Availability: Immediate Joining is Required (Transferable Iqama / Ready to start immediately).
Skills: Strong personality, practical hands-on mindset, ability to direct labor on-site, and excellent communication skills in Arabic.
