Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform daily SAP ERP transactions including goods receipt (GR), goods issue (GI), inventory movements, and reservations
2. Manage safe handling and transfer of raw materials, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted feeding of production lines
3. Conduct cycle counting, investigate stock variances, and maintain accurate spare parts and inventory cataloging
4. Apply 5S methodology for warehouse layout optimization, bin location management, and housekeeping standards
5. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, PPE requirements, and plant work permit procedures
6. Coordinate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics departments to support smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

1. Proven, hands-on, and current experience using SAP ERP (daily transactions, inventory movements, and system navigation)
2. Practical background in industrial/manufacturing warehouse operations (raw materials and/or finished goods)
3. Strong knowledge of technical storekeeping practices: cycle counting, stock variance investigation, and physical inspection
4. Solid understanding of 5S warehouse organization principles
5. Familiarity with HSE protocols and industrial safety/work permit systems
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination
7. Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment is essential (retail or administrative warehouse experience will not be considered)
