• Recording and reviewing daily accounting transactions and entries.
• Monitoring customer and vendor accounts, expenses, and revenues.
• Conducting bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Tracking daily sales and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting in monthly account closures and preparing daily reports.
• Overseeing inventory and costs, ensuring necessary reconciliations.
• Reviewing documents and invoices to ensure the integrity of accounting processes.
• Supporting the head accountant in preparing reports and daily analyses.
• Managing daily cash flow and reconciling actual balances.

Skills

• Practical experience in accounting.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant specialization.
• Preferred experience in the restaurant, food, retail, and multi-branch partnerships sectors.
• Experience with ODOO system.
• Accuracy and ability to analyze, monitor, and work within a team.
