Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Description

The Role

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities research their requirements conduct research present proposals negotiate deals and close deals.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities maintain current knowledge of industry trends.
• Utilize all business tools and systems including but not limited to CRM etc.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Working closely with staff across segments to implement growth strategies.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies client service and retention plans and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans sales pitches presentations reference material and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management staff and clients.
• Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective.
• Successfully master all operational challenges in the sales and delivery process for clients.
• Keep up with changes in the compliance function and Placement process and report where necessary.
• All company and compliance procedures rules and regulations to be followed and adhered to.

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Only Saudi National
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in insurance sales will be an advantage)
• Proven experience working as a business development manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Detailed oriented and strong business acumen
