Amazon KSA is looking for a smart enthusiastic hardworking and creative candidate to join as a Senior Vendor Manager.
The Senior Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and owning the strategy for categories at Amazon. Within this role the individual will have the opportunity establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships manage category profitability and identify means to improve the customer experience. We are seeking a seasoned business leader with a broad skillset which demonstrates analytical horsepower ability to lead and motivate a team excellent business judgment strong vendor management and negotiations skills deep curiosity to uncover how things work and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with vendors of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels of these organizations. Experience in business analytics strategic thinking negotiations and operations are required.

Key job responsibilities
1. Unblocking Holdout brands in Premium Beauty and onboarding them on Amazon.
2. Manage CXO level relationships with Premium Beauty brands
3. Build Joint business plans and deliver on topline and bottomline growth
4. Be custodian of Customer experience in Premium Beauty and drive Best in class CX for SA customers.

5 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
Bachelors degree or 5 years of professional or military experience
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience driving internal crossteam collaboration
Experience with business analysis and P&L management

Arabic Speaker with experience in the field of Premium or Luxury Beauty .
