تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- At least 5 years within Saudi Arabia
- Previous work in engineering consulting firms is preferred
Software (Mandatory):
- Full proficiency in Revit MEP — Essential requirement (receiving architectural files, modeling, creation, detailing, final output)
- DIALux evo (lighting calculations and design)
- ETAP or Ecodial (electrical network calculations)
Software (Preferred):
- Navisworks (for clash detection between disciplines)
Technical Skills:
- Design of all electrical systems in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC):
- Lighting
- Power & Distribution
- Low Current
- Earthing & Lightning Protection
- Emergency Systems
- Proficiency in complete electrical calculations:
- Load & Demand Calculations
- Cable & Breaker Sizing
- Voltage Drop
- Short Circuit
- Protection Coordination
- SLD (Single Line Diagram)
- Panel Schedules
- Ability to coordinate between MEP disciplines and resolve modeling clashes
Additional Skills (Comprehensive MEP - Preferred Advantage):
- Design basic mechanical drawings on Revit:
- Water supply
- Drainage
- Plumbing
- Split AC
- Simple ventilation
Supervisory Skills:
- Ability to perform technical review and site supervision when required
Other:
- A practical test in design, calculations, and Revit MEP will be conducted prior to hiring
Starting Salary: 4,500 SAR + Accommodation + Transportation
Probation Period: 1 month
After passing the probation period: A rewarding salary will be agreed upon and an official contract signed based on performance and demonstrated competence during the first month
