Job Summary
- Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe clean and engaging environment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational educational and creative activities (arts and crafts games storytelling etc.)
- Ensure the highest standards of child safety hygiene and wellbeing at all times
- Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents
- Monitor and manage attendance sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness organization and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/toys
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents emergencies or special needs
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g. F&B Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families
- Uphold the hotels brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten)
- Fluent in English
- Well-mannered and skilled in dealing with children
- Good Apperance
