Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean, and engaging environment Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling, etc.) Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate records Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/toys Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needs Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families Uphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions
