The Role of Technical Delivery & Support Engineer
NES Global Talent is seeking a Technical Delivery & Support Engineer to join their team. This full-time role involves providing technical support and delivering training to customers, focusing on mobile and web platform support. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical IT capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for mobile and web platforms.
- Delivering training sessions to customers.
- Managing interactions with various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post-graduate qualifications in technical or related fields are desirable.
- A technical degree or IT industry qualifications (*, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) are also desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical IT role.
- Demonstrated experience in handling challenging stakeholder interactions.
- A full and clean driving license is required.
- Proven technical experience in supporting mobile and web platforms.
- Experience in delivering training to customers.
