Ensure Mnzil is legally protected across all operations by building robust contract templates, systematising legal processes, providing timely legal guidance to all functions, and managing legal disputes and risks. Coordinate with Mnzil's external law firms locally in Saudi and globally on matters relating to the holding and company structure, the board, and financing (including funding rounds and SAFEs). Act as a cross-functional legal partner that enables speed and compliance simultaneously.

Legal Template Library

Design and build a comprehensive legal template library for all transaction types; accessible and adopted across all functions

Legal Request SLA

Respond to = X% of internal legal requests within X business days

External Counsel & Corporate Coordination

Establish a structured process for engaging external law firms (local and global) on holding, board, and financing matters; support all funding rounds, SAFEs, and structural matters on time

Contract Lifecycle Management Framework

Develop a contract-lifecycle framework covering drafting, review, execution, and renewal

Legal Risk Assessment Methodology

Create a legal-risk assessment methodology applied to all new contracts and partnerships

Dispute Prevention Playbook

Build a dispute-prevention and resolution playbook with escalation paths and preventive measures

Required Qualifications

Contract Management & Templatisation: Designs and maintains the full contract template library. Creates standardised terms for each transaction type. Handles complex, non-standard contracts. Trains other functions on contract basics.
Legal Risk Assessment: Conducts comprehensive risk assessments for complex scenarios (new markets, new service lines, regulatory changes). Develops risk frameworks for the company.
Process Systematisation & Efficiency: Designs the legal operating model. Implements legal technology solutions. Creates scalable processes that support the company s growth without proportional headcount increase.
Dispute Resolution & Litigation Management: Handles complex disputes and pre-litigation matters. Manages external law firm relationships. Develops dispute resolution strategies. Resolves issues before they escalate to litigation.
Cross-Functional Legal Advisory: Acts as a trusted legal advisor to function heads. Anticipates legal needs before they arise. Proactively identifies areas where the business needs legal protection or process improvement.
External Counsel & Corporate Coordination: Directs external counsel on complex, cross-border corporate and financing matters. Selects and manages firms, negotiates engagements, and ensures Mnzil's holding structure and governance are properly supported.
